When it comes to pet accessories like harnesses and collars, proper fit is essential for both comfort and safety. A well-fitted harness or collar ensures that your pet stays secure and comfortable during walks or any other activities. A snug fit is one that your pet cannot slip out of, but that allows you to fit two fingers between the harness or collar and your pet at any one point in the straps.

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise specified). Once your product has been sent, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Once you place your order for a Standard Delivery item on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us confirming your details, usually within an hour.
All you have to do is keep your paws on the mailbox until your Rufus + Daisy delivery arrives!
Please keep in mind that after your order has left us, it becomes the property of the courier service provider and that courier companies may have delays.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in the original package with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it and returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. Items reduced to clear cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please package it with the tags still attached and reply to your order confirmation email with your request to exchange your order.
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for your own shipping expenses when returning your item, and your original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item/s over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
